Trying to run the Gay Awakening hack on a digital copy of Fire Emblem Awakening. Fw-11.0, homebrew runs fine (using the OOT3d method), HANS path is valid the only problem is that after trying to start the game it freezes with rainbow pixels on bot of the screens.
Any help would be super awesome, if there is anymore info needed just let know.

I really really wish I was trolling. No, I've been trying to do this for over a week. I made a few other threads based on noob problems

As someone whose homebrew prefers throwing colorful static screens while loading, I'm going to say no.

Unless you mean the thing is trolling the OP.

@OP: Have you tried asking in the original topic, or is it too old? There's also a topic specifically for noob questions in the custom firmware section. They might be more willing to answer your questions there.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select

  • NinStar @ NinStar:

    the player dies?

Squeeze your cheeks twice to answer calls!
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
