Hacking R4iSDHC Dual-Core White 2013 problem

I have bricked my R4iSDHC Dual-Core White 2013 and I cannot figure out a way to reinstall the firmware. I've looked everywhere for a solution to this problem but it seems there is no way to do it. If anyone knows anything about this card or it's many clones and has a solution to this problem that would be greatly appreciated.

To be more specific to my problem
-Wont be read in my DS, DSLite, or 3DS
-Happened after I tried running YSMenu from Retrogamefan 6.96
-Already tried to update to older firmwares using other flashcarts and it didn't work

Have you tried another microSD? Just to rule it out..

okay first of all you should NEVER use any kernel other than the one that is official to the cart.
2013 kernel for r4 dual core white is this one:

format your sd card and install that, extract it add some roms and tell me if it works..
question does your icon shows spongebob? (easy way for me to know if you have updated the cart) or do you happen to know what version firmware you installed?
if it shows konami then you have the latest firmware which you could then make it work with the 2012 kernel.... so far thats the only work arounds i have.
