you don't have to, unless you're using a dsi and have no acess to a ds phat

nice one mate .. thought the flashing would just be flashing the momery stick u put in and therefor would be simple .. dont have another ds unless i use my neices so thanks for the tip .. glad i asked ! thanks alot i dont need to buy another sd card no ? can format mine and use that?

When I bought my acekards, I used the $2.50 registered, because I wanted the packaging
also I paid for the $1 flashing because I did not have a phat to flash it myself
