Hacking R4i Gold Help(from R4i-gold.com)

I updated my DSi to 1.4.4 and i read to upgrade the Flashcart i could do it on a ds, and im trying to do that but everytime i try it on my ds it says it is not supported, but i downloaded it from the page the flashcart is from (Its the R4i non 3ds 1.4)
Can anyone help me?

Are you sure it's the EXACT same URL printed on the cart?

There's tons of different ones out there.

Yes it says: R4i gold 1.4 www.r4i-gold.com

Check the website to find out whether it can be updated or not.
Besides, you should get r4i gold released by www.r4ids.cn, which can support 3DS V4.2.0-9

The card you used was r4i gold pro,right ? I have checked for you, if you have updated your console before updating your card,you need update your card with another console.you need download latest firmware v1.50 and updated patch here : http://www.r4i-gold.com/en/download/skin/2012/0115/281.html , unzip them,open the folder,then follow the system guide to process update.Anyway,good luck ~
