Is it possible owning the thread card with nds game on 3ds console to play online?

If you mean: Can you play 3DS games online with R4i 3DS Deluxe White Card then the answer is No (Its a clone that is inferior and cant be updated via FPGA so your out of luck).
If you mean: Can you play NDS games online with R4i 3DS Deluxe Black Card then the answer is No (NDS game servers shut down recently for all NDS games).

if your console can run r4i gold 3ds deluxe, then you can also run gateway 3ds and mt card,
they have more features and game compatibility
