R4 Ultra or Acekard2i or iEdge?
Hey guys
No I'm not new to this website
I just hadn't signed up for an account cause I didn't have time

This topic is about the 3 cards listed
Can the R4 Ultra (www.r4ultra.com) run AKAIO or something so its up to date and supports all Cheats
Or should I get either the Acekard2i or iEdge

I was thinking about the Acekard2i and I'm not sure if I should get it or not cause its running on a unofficial firmware and it could be stopped anything.
So i thought about the iEdge and I kinda liked it. I know it has slow updates but it atleast updates and its a new card.

So please tell me if i should update my r4 ultra or get either the acekard or the iedge.

I forget, is R4 Ultra an R4 clone or an Acekard Clone?
Because the R4 clones that are, well clones of the R4 can run Wood R4 for Clones

But yeah you're much better off buying an Acekard 2i anyway.
Acekard themselves support the unofficial firmware because it's just so good.

If Normatt decides to stop updating AKAIO, then Acekard 2i will probably be finished. :\

Well, the only reason one would possibly want an R4 would be for Wood (Well, that's what I think o-o)
And that's not official either.

So I mean, your best bet it to get an AK2i.
It's the better choice. And plus, I don't think he'll stop

on the other hand iedge is a very good flashcart

BTW, the CycloDS is basically an EDGE with more features, higher price and faster updates. You're better off buying one of those.

EDIT: ...And AKAIO doesn't work on clones.

i know cyclods is a good card but it costs 40$
im going for a cheap alternative to my r4 ultra
the alternative has to be cheap and has to last atleast a year with updates
i was thinking about acekard2i but it has unofficial firmware
but on the other hand iedge has updates and its a good card and its a clone to cyclods

I suggest the R4i-SDHC 1.4 Because it has great support and fast firmware updates plus you can download NDS DPG and new firmware with it on wi-fi.
Sure i may be an R4 fanboy but you gotta admit, it's great!
