Convert acekard2i data to r4 wood card?

Hey all,

I recently bought an r4 wood card to replace my old acekard 2i that stopped working. I'd like to use the sd card from my acekard with the new r4 wood one so I'll still have all my save data and everything, but when I tried to it just came up as an error. I assume I have to find a way to convert the information from the card into a format that will work with the new one, but I have no idea how to go about it. Would someone be able to give me a step by step process of sorts? I'm very new to all this and really don't want to mess up anything on the card.
