Hacking R4 SDHC Dual-Core 2013 error on 3ds

My old r4 for some reason works on my other ds, but not on my 3ds. When I try to start it it says an error has occurred please hold the power button. I have tried everything, but it just wont work. Any ideas, and if so it would be appreciated .

It means that your 3DS firmware can detect and block your flashcart. Update your flashcart or buy a new one, depending on which clone you actually have.
