Hacking R4 SDHC Dual-Core 2023(can't open_dsmenu.dat)

I got an R4 SDHC Dual-Core(2023), and I've followed many guides to format it:



And yet I still have the "can't open_dsmenu.dat" error, does anyone know how to fix it?

looks like a clone. the ".hk" ending of the website is mostly used by clones. maybe look through this thread and try to load some firmwares.
