I'm using v1.18 on my r4 but everytime I try to load the multimedia section to listein to my music I get this much script

thats the full amount of text I get at the top screen, I've dumped my r4 and reloaded it with the new firmware and it still won't work, though I can still load up the games section no problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
