i have encoded a few videos with dpgenc and boot my r4 with the encoded vid. when i run the vid, i get a command string that ends with this text: Horizontal sizes other than 256 pixels became unsupported.
then my ds freezes. i cant run another file or soft reset. the time even stops. (MP3 files run nicely though.)

Better encode with batchdpg (you proppably use that lame program added to moonshell)
Here are good settings for batchdpg I always encode on them and dont have any troubles

FPS: 20
Video bitrate: 386
Max bitrate: 512
Passes: 3
Profile: Ultra
Resizer - Spline16
Width: 256
Height: 192
Audio bitrate: 128
Samplerate: 32768
Mode: Joint Stereo
Normalize: On
