Good news folks, I added in a bunch of new codes for Guitar Hero. Including codes that let you play the game without the grip! You heard me right, just enable the grip codes and theres no need to patch the game or use the grip.

ah this time its work but unplayable because you play with d-pad and arrow key so you can't touch the screen

you can just play with ABXY then strum with your free hand or is the cheats different

yep, remove your usercheat.dat and place it in _system_ folder

I reformulate my problem
In fact i put it in the _system_ folder already, i can activate cheats for other games but not for Guitar Hero (I didn't see the Cheat button on this game)

I finally find the answer : Just have to put the USRCHEAT.DAT instead of CHEAT.DAT.

They are weird buttons from what i heard.. Just taken from codejunkies but i think you have to use both hands to press buttons which means you cant strum! Strange...
