Hacking Quick small questions

I have a small batch of questions i would like to ask.

1.I have Preloader installed. Its version .29 or whatever and it has been telling me for a while now to update to .30 but when i tell it to update it says "Downloading Changelog" and never finishes. Is this a problem, like do i really need to update?
Also about preloader, it tells me my IOS is v60. i know that is a stub and well brick me if i update right?

2.I use CFG loader for games. I updated to v62a2 and now my forwarder doesnt work. it takes me back to v48. Can i fix that somehow?

3. I am interested in using a Wiinnertag as my signature but its not showing up when i update my sig. I copied and pasted the link from my Wiinners profile.

1. Download priiloader v.4 from here - Link

Run MMM and reload to IOS236 then launch the priiloader .dol and Install.

Replace * with /
