Hacking quick r4i 1.4 question

Hi, I have a R4i v1.4 and have the latest firmware on it but I cant seen to find a way to change the menu screen when you select the star wars icon.

Can this be done using a dsi xl?

start it go to config on the right you will see skin thats were you click ok go to the mane site to find more skins

are you talking the icon before we boot ourself in to the r4 game menu?
so far the only flash cart could do that is iEDGE (since they released a tool for it)
