just wondering, does repacking a rom with ndstool ever break any game function such as download play?
just like to check, incase i ever need dl play with a specific rom i slightly modified.

Given that ndstool can break a game from functionning, I'd say yes.

    Stop it deufeufeu [IMG]

If ndstool doesn't break the game (It has a nasty bug which deufeufeu solved, yet it has not been updated) then it won't affect it.

Sorry I couldn't help myself from doing this [IMG]
Here's a real informative post to get my soul back from troll's hell :
From what I've understood download play compatibility is a matter of matching headers between the game and the game he sent to download, so if you change the header with ndstool you could break download play. The bad part is that when moving files from the fat you can change the fat table size, and it's stored in the header. You could check perhaps to see if it's indeed breaking download play.
