Hacking Questions about transferring legit CIAs

Hi all,

I've seen a few threads around here about this topic but none really confirm my question.

I've got a 9.6 3DS with eShop purchases, a Sky3DS, linked to my NNID, etc etc all legit.


Then, I've got a 4.5 3DS that I am running CFW on right now. I've seen that you can install legit CIAs to the sysNAND of the 4.5 3DS, then make an emuNAND and update that to 9.6.

My question is, can I transfer those legit CIAs over to my 9.6 3DS? I don't have an NNID linked on the 4.5 3DS. Is this possible?

And lastly, after the transfer, I can go back to using the 4.5 3DS for my regular CFW uses, correct?

I think it should be possible, but there's been an air of uncertainty when it comes to system transferring legit .cias that were not ACTUALLY preinstalled.
