Question on Privacy ?

So, I've been wondering something...
A Regular User has Privacy options, like:
- Show Online Status
- Show Current Activity
- Show day and month of birth
- etcetera

If a Regular User (meaning not a Mod, Reviewer, Contributor, Moderator, Supervisor, Former Staff, Admin, etc.) has a certain configuration on Privacy, non Regular Users can see it regardless of the settings?

Just curious.

I assume by "non regular users" you mean staff, in which case only mods/supervisors/admins (and I think former staff, since they keep their powers usually) can bypass those restrictions. Mag staff obviously can't, since we're not moderators.
