I just installed the latest NTR cfw (I'm on Rxtools 9.2) and every time I run the NTR cfw it loads up fine and the menu comes up correctly in the bottom screen when I press x+y but the plugin manager for cheats never shows up.
I've tried various things such as creating my own .plg files and using ones from this forum and other sites but the plugin manager option doesn't show.
Does the manager not work on backup games and only cartridges?
EDIT: I'm just using NTR debugger it's just as easy
