Homebrew [Question]¿Is there a parallel app like LumaLocaleSwitcher for WiiU?

The point is, I am latin and almost all the games I play are on Spanish but in some cases I would like that the game runs on English and on 3DS that is very easy to do but on the WiiU I just can't find the way to make it posible, is there some homebrew app for that or just does not exist.

Well, there's something that's more or less the same.
It's called Spiik and it lets you change the region and the language of a game, but IIRC you need to start it everytime you want to launch a game with a certain language
