Hacking Question... Can I use my Acekard2i to flash a gba flash cart?

Because GBA hardware is not open sourced, info on the bootstrap loader and hardware info is not public in most cases.
If the "GBA flash cart" is an EZ-V 3in1 expansion pack or an old Flash Advance cart, then yes, otherwise probably not.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
