wiiU japan. does it can change system language to english like wii .
wiiU gamepad japan. does it can change system language to english also
wiiU gamepad USA. what if i have wiiU console JAPAN and i buy wiiU gamepad from USA. does it can work

From what I know, the Wii U gamepad is region locked, so you have to buy a gamepad from the same region as your console.
