Hacking Question about emuMMC and tinfoil incognito

I have tinfoil incognito installed... Whenever updating the firmware for emuMMC, will I need to uninstall incognito before then reinstall after the firmware update? Or does the incognito install still work regardless of whether or not I update the firmware?

I don't know how the Tinfoil variation works but if you use the Atmosphére function, it will be working all the time no matters is you update your firmware.

Don't use incognito as there is better methods nowadays as such
