I downloaded the decrypted dlc and use the dlc plugin to add it to my game but when i save it won't save the dlc to my save file and it keeps needing to have the dlc file in my game folder of my psp. is there a way to fix this or does this game require it to constantly have the dlc file.

Is there a way to redirect it so it doesn't have to show up in the game folder because it shows when you goto the memory card to pick the game you want to play

load pspfiler
O=OK

press O on psp
press O on game
look for the folder where the DLC is (it should be the GAME id of teh GAME)
Press X on the folder
press UP on the Dpad
change the 3 dates to a low number like under 2012 with the L and R keys
when done press Start

pspfiler is a nice app, but can be tricky to use

I found a method that seems a little stupid but I don't know if it might help. I take a normal EBOOT file and then copy it to the DLC file and use a normal PSP sorter to move it to the bottom of the list then afterwards I delete the EBOOT that was inside of the DLC file and done. The DLC file stays at the bottom of the list, it seems a little weird but it works, just be sure to not load the EBOOT though.

I did a little test on the Queen's Gate DLC just be sure it works with my method and it still does. Hope this helps.

thanks for the help. its a little hard to get used to it but i'm sure i'll be helpful. i'm just not used to needing the actual dlc folder to be there since with disagea it saved to the save file and not the memory card.

the eboot way may be easy

i think you just

use ANY eboot (put the eboot in the DLC folder)
move that eboot to where you like it on you Game list with your sorter
delete that eboot when done

Sorry. I should've phrased it better but this is what I meant.

are you using haxchi, tiramisu or aroma?
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
no, I'm asking which one of them you are using
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    so like it doesnt exist
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
    ?
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
it doesn't exist, at least not for aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    ohhhhh
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
on tiramisu you can access it by opening mii maker
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    okay
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
but homebrew is appearing in the home menu btw
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    yes, now I remember it
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
then it is working, I also don't like that they did this but it is the only option you have if you are using aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
i just didint know the homebrew launcher didint exist in aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
