I recommend that you just buy a game like Fire Emblem: Fates and update that way. It's much more simple, you don't have to worry about the updater crashing and you don't have to worry about your cias being corrupted. Here's my predicament so far:
1) I tried to downgrade my N3ds from 10.2 to 9.2
2) Nintendo Error showed up mid-way, causing franken-firmware
3) Unsuccessfully tried to open EmuNand9, FBI, PastaCFW/minipasta
4) sysUpdater won't open (black screen).
What I'm trying right now: Downloading sysUpdater (4.1, with memchunkhax) from gitHub and trying to upgrade back to 10.3 and then downgrading again.
I don't think that will work, considering that neither downgrading nor upgrading will work properly. On 4.1, the latest with memchunkhax, it crashes IMMEDIATELY into a red bottom screen and back to the HB menu.Have to use the one with memchunkhax2
And I would suggest trying to complete the downgrade instead of upgrading then downgrading again.
You will need to buy a game that has 10.3 on it to update to 10.3 again and then do the downgrade again.I don't think that will work, considering that neither downgrading nor upgrading will work properly. Fire Emblem: Fates is the best because you get a 10.3 game plus a game worth buying. What are some decently-priced games that has 10.3?
Fates not Awakening.Wait, do you mean the new one, or the older one?
