Hacking Pulling my hair out right now (Need help downgrading/upgrading)

Here's my predicament so far:

1) I tried to downgrade my N3ds from 10.2 to 9.2

2) Nintendo Error showed up mid-way, causing franken-firmware

3) Unsuccessfully tried to open EmuNand9, FBI, PastaCFW/minipasta

4) sysUpdater won't open (black screen).

What I'm trying right now: Downloading sysUpdater (4.1, with memchunkhax) from gitHub and trying to upgrade back to 10.3 and then downgrading again.

Edit: 4.1 sysUpdater doesn't work, trying 4.2 again.

And I would suggest trying to complete the downgrade instead of upgrading then downgrading again.

I recommend that you just buy a game like Fire Emblem: Fates and update that way. It's much more simple, you don't have to worry about the updater crashing and you don't have to worry about your cias being corrupted.

I don't think that will work, considering that neither downgrading nor upgrading will work properly. On 4.1, the latest with memchunkhax, it crashes IMMEDIATELY into a red bottom screen and back to the HB menu.

Hmm. In that case the game cart idea is probably the best way to get into a workable state again.

You will need to buy a game that has 10.3 on it to update to 10.3 again and then do the downgrade again.
