When I open some games with my 3ds it crashes sometimes, I can’t find any solutions online and I’ve even posted something on the hombrew discord and redit. I really need some help right now please.

You've posted videos of exactly two games that are crashing in completely different ways. Are these the only games you're having problems with?

Are you using some kind of cheat plugin? (The blue flash in your first video suggests that.)
