banned during the original banwave.. i i used a public seed from a youtube tutorial vid on how to unban.. and yup, my new 3ds xl is again banned..

Banned on 2 of 3 consoles. One with public seed and the other with private one.

Everyone is able to unban themselves. You just need to find a public seed that isn't banned. Expect it to get banned all the time. No one listens to turn off spotpass
