Sorry 4 bother some people, because I just created like 5 post in 2 weeks...But I´m getting my new ps4 on Wednesday (Birthday) and It´s my first playstation console. (My first console and last was the Nintendo Wii).

So I bought: Fallout 4, Batman Arkham Knight, Fifa 15 and Star Wars Battlefront (All Discs).

And I wanted to know how long does the games take to install on disk, (If you tell me how many it takes to install each game that should be great:D)

Thanks:yay::nayps3::yayps3:

Some games actually take quite a while to fully install from a disc. From what I remember anyway. I got 1 disc game when I purchased the console and the rest of my games are all digital.

on PS4, the games are installing while playing.
You don't need to wait for the install to complete before launching the game. and you can stop playing and eject the disc even before install is complete. it will resume next time you play it.

You will need the disc inserted to play the game, even after it's fully installed, to prevent users sharing the disc or selling/renting and still continue playing it.

So, there's no real big issue in the time it takes to install the full disc to the HDD, except the noise of the disc reader.
I don't remember how long it took to copy my game (uncharted trilogy), but more than 1 hour I think. well, while playing I stopped noticing the disc noise.
I also have only one disc game, all others are digital.
I'm not fan of digital games and prefer disc, but PSN always have lot of sales and it's cheaper to buy digital... real shop never reflect PSN sales.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    @Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

    Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
