Does anyone know where i can get my ps3(fat CECL04) downgraded and jailbroken in Hamilton Ontario Canada its on OFW 4.46?

I was jailbroken when the First CFW was coming out, the one that was bricking PS3's, but my cousin came over and updated it because i wanted to play a game on it.
what pisses me off me is that my mom let him when she know i don't like him touching my things.
hell he broke his ps2 the day he got it buy pushing a game in so hard that the lazer/ motor fell in
