That seriously looks fake. He only showed a renamed CFW. PUP file and an installation followed by tons of blue screen.
I read the description too and it says it only works on CECH 2003A and CECH 2001A
Never specified what OFW to use either
It claims it's not a full Jailbreak, only allows playing games from PKG files since it clearly would not support Multiman and further homebrews.
I didn't see any mention of it over at Tortuga Cove either.
