You can see a list in the USBUtil app it's there in one of the tabs. There's also another called software called usbextreme that somewhat does the same thing, but i'm not aware of any list. Also the compression varies from barely reducing a few mbs to a few hundred or so, depending on the game, so don't get too excited.
