This may be a bit offtopic but; Senpai mentioned in his video that we need to play with a custom version of DLC 1.6. My question is... What is the actual difference between DLC 1.6 and DLC 1.7? From what i readed in different sources i thought that DLC 1.6 and 1.7 where actually the same thing.

Nope ~~ DLC 1.6 will not support New Oni like DreadKnight, Snagwen, Cimmerian Queen, along with missions and equipments realated to them. (*´з`)

The problem was that you linked to a patched ISO, which is against the rules. You can link to a patch for the game, but not the game itself.
