Is there a program available that will make a text file of all the games on the hard drive I use with the Wii?

USB Loader GX on the Wii will also do this for you. Just click on the number of games down the bottom and it will ask you to save a txt or csv file. The resulting file will end up on your sd card usually. You will have to check the config of usb loader gx to see where it has put the file. This is also quite useful. Used it myself a few times

Well that's kind of bending the rules a little bit isn't it? USB Loader GX works flawlessly if you don't use custom ISO's
