Problems with Console-Source

    Has anyone else had problems dealing with Console-Source? I bought four R4's from them and one of the SD springs broke. I sent it back last November for a replacement after they gave me an RMA number.

    Since then, I've heard nothing back from them. They never answer their phone and have not replied to the multiple emails I've sent inquiring about it.

    I'm getting ready to file a complaint with the credit card company but wanted to first see if anyone has a phone number that they actually answer.

    nope haven't had any problems w/ console-source, but then again i haven't had to return anything i've purchased from them. and like grimalkin said i'd file a complaint and just keep pestering them, thats some bad luck :-/

    I had an issue with their Price Matching policy (They Don't) but have never purchased from them.
