Hacking problem with lauchning FBI

hi i follow link https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup to install CFW . i have pass step 4 swith the hb title to the currenct app with success already

then i exit the download play and access download play . but i dont understand step 10 and 11. your device should load homebrew launcher.
also i did not see FBI . i used japanese 3DS . really not understan language much

pls help thank

1. Launch the Download Play application
2. Press (L) + (Down) + (Select) at the same time to open the Rosalina menu
3. Select “Miscellaneous options”
4. Select “Switch the hb. title to the current app.”
5. Press (B) to continue
6. Press (B) to return to the Rosalina main menu
7. Press (B) to exit the Rosalina menu
8. Press (Home), then close Download Play
9. Launch the Download Play application
10. Your device should load the Homebrew Launcher
11. Launch FBI from the list of homebrew

fix now the issue is japanese lanague. i never know that it need to close donwload play by click x

It told you to do that in step 8

What language so you speak? There are several translations of the guide, you can switch the language by clicking the signpost button on the top right of the page.
