Black screen error when launching Homebrew apps

I dont expect anyone to really see this and reply it but i made an acc just to ask this some noobie question either way bc im still new to this. I have O3DSXL that just woudnt want to launch some homebrew apps . I've been trying to launch the CTGP-7 downloader and play the mod but it just wouldnt load and stuck on a black screen even though my main O3DSXL can load it up perfectly fine. Apperently, from my not thoroughly reasearch its a black screen error that was caused because of the wrong payload info? And it said that i should refill the correct payload info in the hb website and download the otherapp or ropbin, but the problem is that i dont really now how to view the firmware in the 3ds. Again, im still new to this so bear with me. But because of that i couldnt dowload it bc of that. I dont know why this happen but other than that the 3ds works fine with opening games thats not from homebrew. Got any suggestion on how to fix this?

Thank you for this! Now its working fine and wont get stuck on a black screen again. I really appreciate it especially when i thought nobody will reply to my question. Love the CTGP-7 mod btw, really fun experience.
