Hacking Problem when I tried to update redNAND.

I followed Plailect's guide and at the end of Step 3 when it updates the RedNAND to the latest version it wouldn't go back into the homebrew launcher and went straight into updating. I left it going as I didn't want to brick my 3ds, but now it looks like I've managed to update the sysNAND to 11.0.0-33E

As I can no longer get into the homebrew launcher either via the buttons or the browser, am I stuck on sysNAND 11.0.0-33E?

Should I have powered off at the update stage?
