Hacking private header on 10.0 N3DS

hello I have wanted to know if there etai possible to extract the header of a 3DS cartridge via N3DS in 10.0.0-27 ? ironhax take my 3DS and a sky3ds .

You can use a powersaves, since your above 9.2 that's the only way
