Why not? Brick protection is very important.
Please note that the missing GameCube ports limit the usefulness of Priiloader to cases where at least one Wii Remote is synced to the console.

If you upgrade Priiloader to the latest beta this Problem is solved (can use USB keyboard for controlling Priilodaer). However, it is still in Beta and I don't know if it is recommended to install the Beta to a newer Wii (no BootMii@boot2) right now -- I did not follow the Priiloader Beta thread.
