There anyway to mod armor to increase stats. I just tried to do so on your new version of your editor panda, and the editor stopped working and froze so how do i do this? Ok its not doing it to just armor, but also weapons as well. When ever i try to mod it using the mod section it stops responding help please.

I think when we first started out it was simple but the further we play the more complex its getting. Right now it seems quite unstable. I am PAL as well so US will probably crash.

With the DLC on the US version everything is working. With you debug I can change the weapons armors ect. with the help of JGecko U. In ur program can you add in boxs to change the values of the item IDs, Modifier Amount, and Modifier Type. You already have the Durability. shouldn't be much to add in.

Also changing the durability of an item changes the amount of the item.

0 = sword
1= bow
2 = arrow
3 = shield
5 = legs
6 = shirt

Yes the item address already changes but the structure don't change. I could be wrong for structure for the materials foods and key items but again the "Durability" box you have lets us change the value of them so I have 999 arrows(shown above) 999 spirit orbs as well.

This is my equipped bow that I changed to a Twilight bow

So how will I go about to changing weapons. A nice fireproof bow and a powerful sword would be helpful. xD

The debug tab is now a nice grid (https://github.com/joffnerd/botw-trainer/releases/download/v1.1/BotwTrainer.exe)

I am trying to learn WPF, assembly, PPC doing of all of this so I hope to improve things but might take some time.

On another note if you search the 45200000 area you will find the durability values of your items in random places which when poked change the value immediately and don't require a save/load

They seem to have BF800000 before and FFFFFFFF after.

I can't get the weapon replacement thing to work, i search for 01010000 then 00100000 but it turns up no results, and searching for the address found with the trainer isnt bringing up anything either

I think it would be 01010000 for equipped and 00010000 for not equipped

Alright, so I've been testing equipment changing a bit and here's my findings. I would appreciate it if someone followed up on this and tested the rest out.

- Unequip everything and equip the weapon you want to switch
- Do a memory search between 43C00000 - 45000000 for the value 01010000
- Unequip, and search for 00100000
- Should end up with one address which is that slot.
- (Please note there's a value to switch weapon types but I haven't found that yet)

So in short:
00010000 = Unequipped
01010000 = Equipped
And then it's +0x220 to the next slot (if you don't have your equipment sorted)

For example:

Swords:
43C8F290 - Slot 1
+ 0x220, etc
43C905B0 - Slot 10

Bows:
43C907D0 - Slot 1
+ 0x220, etc
43C91050 - Slot 5

Swords:
jPpkAwj.jpg

Greatswords:
3FGJOc_.jpg

Bows:
8ljfub.jpg

Outfits

Red = Item Tab (no need to change)
Green = Durability for weapons/Item amount for items/Dye color for outfits
Yellow = 0X0Y (X = Equipped, Y = In inventory) (no need to change)
Blue = Item ID
Orange = Outfit type (4865616400 = Helm, 5570706572 = Chest, 4C6F776572 = Legs) [Thanks @ItchyOwned]
Grey = Modifier Amount (+1 attack, +2, etc)
Black = Modifier Type (Attack Up, Durability Up, etc)

Here's the item IDs I found so far. Keep in mind I missed a lot, so if anyone wants to do a more thorough check or just dump the IDs from somewhere, that'd be great.

Thanks a lot for this, finally got it to work, I added a few bows, a greatsword, and the barbarian set to the list. If everyone adds theirs we will have them all quick, I'll edit this post as I find more. If someone could post how spears and shields are stored I could work on adding some of those as well. Also does anyone know why some of the outfits don't seem to have sequential numbers for the upgrades? Like 13131 Gives 1 star barbarian armor then 13132 gives 2 star but 13130 doesn't give you the armor with no upgrades, it just gives you an error item. But for some of the sets the un-upgraded armor does seem to be right before the upgrades. I'm still a newbie at this so I don't really get it. Also the method of finding the address for the equip(searching 0101000 then 00010000) doesn't seem to work for me for outfits that only have 1 piece and are not a set(like the sapphire circlet). I get 0 results.

EDIT: Added a few more swords and bows
EDIT2: Figured out spears
EDIT3: I think spears, bows and 1 hand are complete will check the others as well

  • Veho @ Veho:
    There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
  • Veho @ Veho:
    But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Usually accidentally overdose of ibuprofen here is from people taking like cold medicine then ibuprofen for a headache and the combination is over what they need
