But I won't be bullied by some self-righteous sniveler that publicly posted codes on a website and then starts whining when someone saw it and stuck it in a dat that is within the context of this thread....which was to post a cheat.dat and keep it updated.

Be reasonable. If you worked for a month on something (a year if you include the learning time), would you want someone to just blindly post it everywhere with no regards to who the author was or the author's wishes of keeping the code to the group of people he made it for? In case I wasn't clear, I made the code for my buddies at Kodewerx to mess around with. I didn't intend for Rune to steal it and paste it all over, and for you guys to do the same, so that every noob who wishes they could aim better would have a way of ruining WiFi even more.

All that is, is a bunch of blah blah blah. Nobody cares if that code was made by you, and nobody cares if you get credit for it either. Get over it, and stop whining a little girl.

It'll probably take you all several months to go through all of those files, but you should have thought of that before you went and pasted someone else's property all over the internet.

That was my rhetoric; here's a farewell: My code is certainly a fine piece of programming (even as I continue to become a better programmer, I still marvel at it, and who better to than the person who best understand the effort put into it?). Having read bfoos' post, it seems he might agree. Question about the codes:
How can someone prove that they are the ones who wrote the cheat codes?
Are Action Replay and Game Shark products illegal?
Is Rayder or anyone who posts codes but do not claim credit nor charge for them legally liable?
If Rayder did not copy the codes from the author's website, but got it from a third party in good faith, completely unaware of the existence of the author (meaning the person who posted the cheat is not the author) then I don't see the logic in going after Rayder.

On a side note, kudos to Rayder for making the effort to share the codes without asking for anything in return. I hope the recent developments will not discourage or affect his updating of the database in any way

and isnt the idea of posting the code the idea of sharing ur findings so that i can be lumped in together with other findings? ie the cheat.dat?

furthermore screw the duck.... this is the internet... the whole idea of having a screen name is to mask urself unless he posts his identity along with his product... he has no claim since the id is just an id.... i can make thousands of emails and instantmessanger ids and sites to claim im him b4 he even finds this post....
