Gaming Possible bad disc?

I purchased this today and I noticed this on the disc. I have a little over 160 games and only 3 or so of them have had this (the white-ish color/ring around the center of the disc). The disc isn't cracked. I've heard of the cracked discs, and I've never been able to find what exactly this is. Is this a forecasted problem and should I exchange it or should I not worry about it? Thanks.

I've got no idea what this is, but I've had this happen to some of my games and they still worked fine. Whether it could cause future problems, I don't know.

I think its when you wear out the centre of the disc somehow, I have that on 2 games. One of which i was messing about with the centre of the disc.
And the other got that after I washed it in the sink with soap and water. (It wasn't working, don't judge meh)
Probably an old or mis-treated disc

I also had some games that had those, never figured out how it came.
