Possibility to dump actual switch rom files to download and use on yuzu

Would there be anyway if maybe in the future on here if it’s allowed to dump actual switch game card roms on here if it’s allowed ?!

Or rather if any would start an official community dumping of switch rom files to build up as we are seemingly wrapping up in the switches life?!
