Pong 3d
pong: in 3d
ANTONIOND over at elotrolado.net has released a version of Pong, the twist is that it is now in 3d.

Controls:

Left / Right: Move paddle.

Touchscreen also moves paddle. Mode 1 (default and available in the options menu) is basic hold and drag while mode 2 is press left or right of the screen to move the paddle.

A: press to continue after a point is scored.

Select: Return to menu.

Start: Pause.

L: level 2 takes 3d further so L raises the paddle.

Coming back from sleep mode pauses the action for a second.

@laminaatplaat if atari went after every pong game their law section would be tied up for years, it is practically the next step after hello world for most new systems (I know of at least 5 other DS versions alone).

This being said I played it before I posted it and it makes for a great meg to spare type of game.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
