i voted for chrome but i use two different broswers , tho chrome is my main , the other is firefox , which uses alot of and the only reason i use it is that i have two facebook accounts

well crome is good and fast
but maxthon is the fastest and has the most free possebilitys
like an online grammer checker
add-ons and even more
custom skins is posseble
like chance it to a google crome theme

well, it's preference. i haven't seen maxthon yet.
i really like chrome's simple design. i can't say that chrome is the fastest, but in terms of using it(shortcuts tabs), it's the one that works best for me.
i don't use themes. i like the windows aero.

I use Firefox, simply for the extensions (is there another reason?)
Chrome is nice and all but it doesn't compare to Firefox with extensions but it does have some nice exclusives like the stuff on the Web Store (TweetDeck being the one I miss most).

Doesn't look like it's working too well...

Firefox for the extensions. That's it, it's the most complete browser out there, when modified with a few things nothing can beat it.
I would like a plugin to show each tab's used memory in real time and a way to kill one of them only, to act like Chrome's independent thread per tab.
I can't close the tab which is memory hungry when I don't know which one is leaking, I have to kill all firefox's windows sometime

Though, closing all tabs doesn't reduce the used RAM either, Firefox is bad at memory management and freeing it

But it's still my preferred browser, and I created an add-on for it which I can't live without it now

Chrome is my favorite, I switched to it last year and haven't/can't go back.

Though for plugins, Firefox is the best.

Wait, can't Firefox do that, and more?

Anyways, I uses Netscape or AOL online :3

Multiple browsers. Firefox is my main one, but started using Chrome on my netbook because firefox really slowed EVERYTHING down

It's so damn fast now, so I have to roll with both

Firefox.

If adblock on Chrome wasn't complete shit, I'd use it instead.

Chrome, it doesn't crash, it doesn't bother me with updates, it can handel like so much more tabs than others.
And Ad block etc work perfectly here.

What's the problem for others?
It blocks everything here. Recently I also use Ghostery with it just for the mind.

Edit: I forgot to mention how much faster it starts and how it remains fast on long runs ever, and doesn't slow down your pc. Unlike others. ;p

I used to use Chrome when Firefox had performance issues on my older PC, now I use FF because of the plugins and because of Chrome being so ugly.

firefox for me.
1. I havent had a crash in weeks
2. a lot of the addons I use and dont want to part with are only on firefox
3. the pages load fast enough for me while chrome and opera may be a little bit faster the difference of 3 vs 2.5 seconds loading of an average site is not that big of a problem.
3. the layout I use and want to keep using is only possible on firefox
4. I really like the tab grouping function and I dont know if its in other browsers
5. ram usage is not an issue, I have yet to see my 6gb ram full without a memory leak or something like that.
6. anything I may have forgotten in 1 till 4
