Going to play Y, but will have both games available in the house.
Not many differences are known yet, besides cover legendary and mewtwo, nothing signficant at all.
Speculation ahead:
But from the last games you could expect there to be one or two areas that will be different, for any number of reasons. I'm not really expecting a new white forest/black city, but an area such as that desert place in B/W2 seems plausible. a number of pokemon, as always, maybe including some secondary legendary. theres maybe a difference in certain items again, like evolution items being easier / harder to find depending on version. maybe a difference in gym leaders again. though i would like it if the difference was more than just cosmetic this time. give me a whole new gym with different typing and strategy
And then it already gets hard as to what else could be different at all. We don't have two evil teams like back in ruby, story differences are also extremely unlikely. Different main rival? Not likely but possible. Depending on how many of your young friends go out to play with their own pokemon.
though mewtwo made me wonder if maybe, there might be one or two more pokemon with a version specific evolution.
I'm even more hyped for the game now.
