ROM Hack Pokemon Unique ID change

I want to add every pokemon game to my 2ds XL, as well as rom hacks for them. I know that just changing the exheader to change the title ID doesnt work unlike other games, but is there a way to change it anyway?

Doesn't work for title ID, if you want to have another copy you can use 3dsbank.

You have to use rosalina menu to set health and saftety app to fbi then you can install another copy of fbi.

Why you need homebrew launcher? You got CFW?

Never mind, managed to install the Universal Updater and download homebrew launcher from there, thanks for the help anyway
