I was wondering if this will work with my flash card (I have an m3 simply).

Its not a standard Manaphy. We'll need the OT/ID/S. ID/etc before we can make clones.

pkm files are exported pokemon files for pokesav. People open their save file at pokesav and export their legit pokemon as pkm so you can import. Some pokemon fans are too sensitive about this "legit" stuff.

about event, it should be using mystery gift function of pokemon d/p. If ranger to d/p manaphy egg worked this should be work too.
Btw way why the hell manaphy? You can get it from Ranger. It should be Darkrai or something.
