Gaming Pokémon TCG Online Preload Error on IOS 11

For the past few months, every time I try to enter the app, it gives me a preload error and then the app automatically closes when I click the exit button. There seems to be no way to bypass this error. I’ve tried restarting my iPad, I’ve tried using a different internet connection and I’ve even tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. Nothing works. The error occurs as soon as I start up the app and it doesn’t let me do anything else except for click exit.
