so i downloaded pokesav platinum from:

    http://projectpokemon.org/

and i scanned it with panda 2010 and it detected malicious software, and it automatically deletes it.

does anybody else get a virus?

also, i downloaded pokesav from filetrip, and scanned it, but it was clean, unfortunately it's for the japanese platinum game.

it said it was malicious software:

"the malicious software detected has been neutrilized!"

it should have given you some details, specifically a name for it.

it doesn't give a name for it, it just says it's a suspicious file

    Place
unlikely! but maybe it thought it was malicous due to
it realizing tthat software had editing/hacking capabilities or
    something.

i don't really know why since my anti-virus never said anything.

Then yeah, it was a heuristics result, ignore it.
